Mate.bike Legal Service for Libel - Danish Backers We Need Your Help.

Hello Backers,

This is just a quick blog post in regards to the legal situation we have initiated with our lovely truculent competitor Mate.bike. You see in Denmark just like in most countries, the defendant, in this case Mate.bike (Christian Adel Michael) and his sister (Julie Kronstrøm Carton) are uncontactable from the process serving agent. They have a law firm (rocket advisory) whom recently informed my legal team that they can not receive service for his clients, even though he is their legal representation.

This behavior could be regarded as strange for a party that had in fact done nothing wrong. The Danish legal service works in this way: they send out a server who attempts to get ahold of the defendant for a period of 5 weeks, at which point, they report back to their supervisors (the courts) and then try for another 5 week period. At that point if unsuccessful the police get involved.

We would love for Mate.bike to simply respond to our summons and work to help us understand their actions during our crowdfunding campaign and the comments they had made about us on their own campaign. If your reading this Mate, please work with us to bring these matters to rest.
