Stark Drive LLC is a start-up company that has adopted the direct to customer model for procuring its electric bikes to the world to achieve maximum cost reductions by eliminating all middlemen from raw materials to finished product.

THIS IS A PURCHASE AND ANY PURCHASE IS CUSTOM BUILT TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A STOCK BIKE. DELIVERY CAN TAKE UP TO 120-160 DAYS FROM PAYMENT DATE FOR CUSTOMIZED BIKES.

Users under 18 years of age are not eligible to participate without parental or guardian consent. All laws and regulations will be governed by the jurisdiction of the State of New Jersey in the United States of America.

Legacy Stark Drive Crowdfunding Terms (inclusive)

Stark Drive LLC originally launched Stark Drive on our website starkdrive.bike and ran a crowdfunding campaign to help launch our company during the period listed above. Our legacy crowdfunding terms can be found here. During this period, any funds sent to Stark Drive were a donation for a reward.

All rewards were a gift for helping to launch Stark Drive and thus are not included in our current general return policy as found here.

Force Majeure. In no event shall Stark Drive be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations, including deliveries of our products at www.starkdrive.bike hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, WHO certified pandemics or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Stark Drive shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the electric bike industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
