Technical Installation Notes
⚠️ CRITICAL: FILING REQUIRED
The USB-C port is slightly wider than the original hole. You MUST use a small needle file to carefully widen the plastic opening in the headphone casing until the port fits through.
1. Ribbon Cables: Use tweezers. The connectors have small "flip-up" locking tabs that must be opened before inserting/removing cables.
2. Hidden Screw: Look closely inside the housing; one screw is often covered by a small piece of white adhesive tape.
3. Tightening: Ensure the board is seated flat against the plastic posts before driving the screws in to ensure the port is centered.
